Gentle Nervous System Reset Yoga
A slow, grounding yoga class designed to help you soften, breathe, and come back into your body. This practice moves intentionally, with plenty of options and pauses, so you can listen inward rather than push. Expect gentle movement, simple stretches, breath awareness, and moments of stillness woven throughout.
This class is welcoming for all levels, especially anyone feeling overstimulated, tired, or in need of a calmer way to move. Mats are provided.
Heart Open: Valentine’s Day Yin Yoga
Begin Valentine’s Day by honoring love in all its forms — love for yourself, love for a partner, and love as a way of being. This is gentle, heart-led yin flow. The class will close with a guided heart chakra meditation, inviting connection, compassion, and ease. Open to both singles and couples, this practice offers a romantic, nourishing start to the day.
You are encouraged (not required) to wear reds, pinks, or blush tones to align with the heart chakra and the energy of the morning. Mats are provided.
Gentle Yoga - R&B flow
This gentle flow is a slow, nourishing practice set to soothing R&B rhythms. Movement is unhurried and accessible, with simple stretches, breath-led transitions, and moments of pause throughout. The class invites deep relaxation, release, and a calm return to the body — offering a grounded, easeful way to move and unwind.

Mid-week Melt (Yin Yoga)
A slow, grounding yin and restorative inspired flow designed to help you unwind and release the weight of the week. This class blends long, supported stretches with gentle transitions and intentional pauses, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle. Expect deep holds, breath awareness, and a soothing pace that prepares you for rest — the perfect midweek exhale.
